The Founder Behind Dolphin India With a journey in entrepreneurship that began at the age of 22, he has spent decades building businesses
with one principle at the heart of everything he does: create value for the customer.
From research and development to manufacturing, sales, and delivery, he has personally pioneered and
understood every stage of the business journey. His hands-on approach has shaped not only the products we
make, but also the way we understand our customers and build long-term relationships.
What began as a small idea has grown into a multi-figure business, built through years of hard work,
persistence, innovation, and an unwavering commitment to customers.
For him, Dolphin India is more than a business. It is the culmination of decades of experience, learning,
and belief in building something valuable — and the journey continues.

Yash Varma
With experience across India, the UK, and Europe, Yash Varma has worked across product, sales,
strategy, leadership, and entrepreneurship, building businesses and taking products through different
stages of growth.
From taking products 0→1, scaling businesses 1→10, and building toward 10→100, his experience spans
the complete journey of turning ideas into products, products into businesses, and businesses into scalable
organizations.
An engineer from NIT Calicut and an MBA from IIM Lucknow, Yash brings together technical
understanding, commercial thinking, and entrepreneurial execution to build Dolphin India into a globally
trusted textile-chemicals company.
